6.30pm Monday – Wednesday – Friday
All recorded live and saved to the group so can be done at a time that suits if they cant make the live.
-3x Home Workouts P/W
Tuesday – Thursday – Saturday
All aimed at 15-20 mins
-Q&A Live Every Wednesday – 7.30pm lasting 60 mins where you can ask me anything you want about, health, fitness, training, nutrition and wellbeing.
-Midday Messages between 1pm & 2pm I either do a video or a post with motivation, advice, guidance
-Daily Accountability Checker tracking the 3 basics of healthy living
Walking 10,000 Steps
Eating 5 portions of fruit & veg a day
Drinking 2 litres of water a day
