Over the last 6 years I’ve taken myself from a complete triathlon virgin to a 2x IRONMAN FINISHER, my last being Ironman UK 2018 – 10 hours 37 mins.

I’ve have had 5x top 10 sprint finishes, 2x Top 10 Half Ironman finishes including a 4th place finish at Sandman Legend Half Ironman 2018 and 7th place finish at the brutal Snowman Legend Half Ironman 2018.

What makes me different is I come from a PT and S&C background.  Having changed my lifestyle from being 19st 13 and inactive to becoming a very active PT, running & triathlon competitor.

In 2018 I took 4 novice Triathletes to VERY respectable Finish Times at Ironman UK, in my first year Traithlon Coaching!

We start with a meeting to assess YOUR needs, setting clear and achievable goals.  All my coaching plans are bespoke and tailored to your needs and goals and delivered on the worlds leading coaching application Training Peaks.

I believe communication is fundamental to you achieving your success, this is why I like to schedule in either a face to face meeting, phone call or video call to talk about your progress.

Triathlon is a demanding sport on the body and Strength and Conditioning will be KEY to preventing any injuries, keeping you strong and healthy. All my plans come with a Strength & Conditioning Programme for you to follow.

I will help you with race day strategy, nutrition, planning and preparation for all events and you get my continued support via text & email

Came on board initially as a run client from 56 mins 10k to 40mins and then progressed from 72 min Sprint to his first Ironman in 2018 getting 12 hours 11 mins! Carl enjoys the week to week communication and feedback of stats.  We are working towards improving his Ironman time at UK 2021.

Had a fantastic season with me in 2018 she WON the Chester Super Sprint and had a top 3 at York Super Sprint. She also smashed her 10k PB at Padiham and smashed her half marathon PB at Manchester Half! In 2019 she stepped up to Olympic Distance at the awesome London City Triathlon and at Chomoldery Castle Triathlon and also stepped back on the podium at Chester Super Sprint.

Came to me having only completed 1 sprint triathlon and wanted to do Ironman with 7 months to train for it.  An established runner but with very little swimming ability, we also had to work around an existing calf injury and he managed to achieve 14 hours 3 mins at Ironman UK 2018, we are now working on slicing a big chunk off that in 2021.
